At some points, employees may feel a tug to play big – to embrace the lane of entrepreneurship. That’s a great call. It happened to me and I took the bait.
[shareable]However, the stark truth is that not everyone will make a great entrepreneur. [/shareable] To many, it’s a tortuous path, unworthy to be contemplated.
Understand that some people will find heartfelt expressions via paths that will involve making lots of money. If that path is not for you, you’ll experience suffering and petty distraction trying to make lots of money by being on that path.
To them, being part of an organisation whose mission is positive and contributes to their personal aspiration gives them fulfilment.
Many others will find fulfilment by starting small businesses that serve a small community, making money that’s just enough to live by, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. This can be seen during the times of Jesus. Almost every family had little family businesses. The Jews and Asians are master at this.
With the clarity of your own unique path, you’re free of the seductiveness of messages flying all over for they don’t resonate with your own peculiar journey.
